The purpose of the CreateOne™ Executive Leadership Team program is to provide the opportunity for an executive leadership team to assess their organisation’s overall health, including their team’s cohesiveness, and to identify specific action items for immediate team improvement.
This highly interactive, fast-paced session is designed specifically for executive leaders and their direct reports.

Depending on the team’s unique situation and the organisation’s goals, the following details may be included:
1. Build and Maintain a Cohesive Leadership Team During the first part of the program, teams will begin to learn and apply the Dynamics of High Performance Teams model with a focus on leadership and team dynamics. |

2. Create Organisational Clarity During this section of the program, the team will clarify organisational expectations to ensure a common understanding among the group of the organisations vision, mission and core values. |

3. Over-Communicate Organisational Clarity As part of this section, we will focus on reinforcing Organisational Clarity, as outlined in Discipline 2, by discussing the importance of cascading communication and how to put it into action within the team. |

Reinforce Organisational Clarity Through Human Systems During this segment, we will begin to discuss the importance of reinforcing the overall organisational expectations, as outlined in Discipline 2, by implementing basic Human Systems and processes – such has hiring, managing performance and rewards and recognition. |
